Liyu(Carp) Lake(40mins) Optional tour: enjoy biking or DIY. Located at the foot of Mt. Liyu in Chinan Village of Shoufeng Township, Liyu Lake was named after Mt. Liyu on its east side. It is a popular scenic area in Hualien, which included a bike path, a visitor's center, bus routes, and a pier. During weekends and holidays, it is a great spot for locals to picnic. During the firefly mating season, the lake is lit by fireflies, attracting schools, families, and visitors to make an ecology tour.

Yunshanshui Dream Lake(40mins) Yun Shan Shui (YSS) is an emerging attraction and a must-visit sight in Shofeng Township. The sparking lake's surface has different views in different times and seasons to enchant people. When the sky is clear, you can see the reflected image of the Central Mountain Range and the forest immersed on the lake, making the scenery picturesque.。 -
