Sanyi Wood Sculpture Museum

This is Taiwan's first and only wood sculpture museum. It introduces the history and art of woodcarving, Chinese and Taiwanese styles and outlooks, and woodcarving workshops. It also features one room dedicated to the local woodcarving art of Sanyi, where the museum is located. Besides collection and display, the museum also endeavors in research and promotion, to carry forward the Taiwanese art of woodcarving.
