Step into the "Black Gold Era" of the Shuei-Jin-Jiou area (Shuinandong, Jinguashi, Jiufen), and spend a day tracing the prosperity and transformation of the Northeast Coast's coal mining towns.
Starting from Taipei, first visit Shifen Waterfall to experience the mountain mist and the awe-inspiring cascade. Then, stroll along Shifen Old Street, immersing yourself in the unique scenery of this railway settlement and its local charm.
In the afternoon, head to Jiufen Old Street. Wander through its winding alleys and mountain town stairs, gaze at the sea and sky, and the layered mountain ranges, savoring the nostalgic atmosphere and local snacks of the old street.
In the evening, visit the Shuinandong Thirteen-Story Remains. Contemplate the mining structures and the traces of time, bringing the "Story of Black Gold" to a close amidst the twilight hues, and taking home a memory unique to the Northeast Coast.

Notes 1.Meeting times will be confirmed one day prior to departure. 2.Departure: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. (except during Lunar New Year and national consecutive holidays). 3.The duration of each sightseeing stop is for reference only. In case of traffic congestion, the company reserves the right to adjust the schedule or change the visiting order as necessary. 4.The tour mainly uses 9-seater vehicles. Vehicle type will be arranged based on the final number of participants. 5.Unused items included in the tour package are non-refundable. 6.If meals are included, please inform us of any vegetarian requirements upon booking. 7.In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary. 8.If the tour is canceled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain, the company reserves the right to postpone departure or offer a full refund. 9.Participants are advised to wear light, comfortable clothing and shoes,and bring appropriate warm layers for cooler temperatures. 10.Please do not bring pets on the tour in order to maintain public hygiene and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. (Pets are not allowed in vehicles, hotels, or restaurants. Guide dogs are exempted.) 11.Please bring a light raincoat and water bottle, sun hat or umbrella, warm jacket (for cool air-conditioning on the bus or lower temperatures in mountain and coastal areas), camera, batteries, charger, and personal medication (such as motion sickness or cold medicine).
