Before the global trend of bubble milk tea, « Formosa Oolong Tea » produced from Taiwan had already appeared on the international stage a century ago. The tea of Taiwan has a history of hundreds of years, having an inseparable relationship with the land of Taiwan. The tour today starts with Shiding, the place of origin of Oriental Beauty Oolong, which had the good name « The Champagne of the Teas ». The first stop is Thousand Island Lake which nurtures Taiwan’s tea. Indulge in the faint fragrance of tea, feel its tranquil atmosphere to relax your body and soul. Visit Hsu’s Noodle Workshop before noon. No need to travel far to Japan to experience the hand-made noodles and the flowing noodles. Taste the good and simple flavor of the hand-made noodles, knowing the persistence and enthusiasm of the traditional craftsmanship of the craftsman hidden in the mountain town. Then stroll on the quaint Shiding Old Street, and see the unique scene of Diaojiaolou and the Invisible Streets. Walk along with the bottom of Shiding West Street and go into the Shiding Section of Tamsui-Kavalan Trail, which is suitable for any age. The trail is easy and flat, easily complete with the pilgrimage tour of the Shiding Section of Danlan Historic Trails. To the end, go visit the most popular spot – Shiding Wulu Fortune Temple to ask for fortune money, take the blessings of God of Wealth back home.
