The itinerary departs from HSR Zuoying Station. Along the way, explore the therapeutic forest scenery of Xinwei Forest Park, the majestic landmark of the Liugui Great Buddha, and the local stories and old house charm of Liugui Old Street. This allows you to discover the allure of "Kaohsiung's Backyard Garden" in the most relaxed way.
In the afternoon, delve deeper into Maolin. The Dona Tribe and Dona Suspension Bridge will immerse you in the rhythm of the mountains and indigenous culture. The highlight is a visit to the Purple Butterfly Valley, where, if the season is right, you can admire the spectacular sight of purple crow butterflies fluttering up close. If butterfly conditions are not ideal, you'll instead visit the visitor center to watch an equally captivating 270-degree immersive film. The entire journey includes Taiwan Tour Bus transportation and Mandarin guided commentary, making it ideal for travelers who wish to explore the mountainous regions with ease while still retaining flexibility for personal activities.

- 11:20–12:00 Liouguei Old Street –Hong Kun Yuan & Iketaya (40 min)
- 12:10–13:20 Liouguei Main Street Gourmet Tour (lunch at own expense; driver-recommended local specialties, 70 min)

- Liouguei and Maolin are mountain areas. Temperatures can drop in mornings and evenings—please bring a light jacket or warm clothing. Mosquitoes may appear; prepare long-sleeved clothing or insect repellent.
- If prone to altitude sickness, please bring necessary medication in advance.
- Trails may be slippery; wear non-slip casual shoes suitable for walking (avoid heels or unsuitable footwear).
- Due to mountain weather or road conditions, alternative attractions may be arranged for safety.
- Participants should monitor their health; those with heart disease, vascular issues, diabetes, or altitude sickness should evaluate carefully.
- This is a semi-guided tour; the driver will allow free exploration or accompany guests depending on parking and site conditions.
1.Meeting times will be confirmed one day prior to departure.
2.Departure: Daily (except during Lunar New Year and national consecutive holidays).
3.The duration of each sightseeing stop is for reference only. In case of traffic congestion,
the company reserves the right to adjust the schedule or change the visiting order as
necessary.
4.The tour mainly uses 9-seater vehicles. Vehicle type will be arranged based on the final
number of participants.
5.Unused items included in the tour package are non-refundable.
6.If meals are included, please inform us of any vegetarian requirements upon booking.
7.In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the
right to cancel or modify the itinerary.
8.If the tour is canceled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain,
the company reserves the right to postpone departure or offer a full refund.
9.Participants are advised to wear light, comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring appropriate
warm layers for cooler temperatures.
10.Please do not bring pets on the tour in order to maintain public hygiene and prevent the
spread of infectious diseases.
(Pets are not allowed in vehicles, hotels, or restaurants. Guide dogs are exempted.)
11.Please bring a light raincoat and water bottle, sun hat or umbrella, warm jacket (for cool
air-conditioning on the bus or lower temperatures in mountain and coastal areas), camera,
batteries, charger, and personal medication (such as motion sickness or cold medicine).
